Delivery
We are pleased to offer free Standard UK delivery on all our products from vertical blinds spares to complete blinds. Standard UK delivery excludes highlands and Islands.
Delivery for blinds takes between 7 to 14 working days, excluding weekends, bank and public holidays, depending on order volumes, stock and couriers. Our blinds are delivered by various courier companies. Delivery is monday to friday to the address you specify.

Lead Times on blinds, headrails and Replacement Louvres are 7- 14 working days, but if you need your blinds quicker pelase get in touch. We aim to dispatch blinds spares within 48 hours of you placing your order, but we try to dispatch same day were possible. All delivery times quoted take in to account lead times for orders. Lead times for orders out of the UK, are 15 working days.

When you have finished browsing and are ready to purchase your goods, go to the checkout by clicking the Checkout button. At the checkout you need to complete a form with your name, e-mail address, home address and telephone number. This information is required so that we are able to send you your receipt and goods, or contact you if there are any problems with your order.
There will also be a section entitled delivery address which you can fill in if you would like the delivery to be sent to a different address than your own home address.
Lancashire Rose Blinds take our customers security when shopping with us very seriously.
Our primary payment gate ways are Nochex and Paypal Secure payments. This information is encrypted and no one at Lancashire Rose Blinds has access to this information.
Our staff only ever see your payment details, I.E customer information, such as name, address etc. We do not see your credit card details. Nor at any time are the stored by us.
Our checkout page were you enter your personal information is also secure, howver this information does not need to be as it is readily available in many places such as the electoral register.

We also accept payment via Paypal, again this is safe and secure as you do not enter any credit card details on our site. You may also if you wish, order via telephone, Our staff do not store or keep your credit card details in any way.
