In these TermsGoods means the blinds, window furnishings or other products manufactured or supplied by Lancashire Rose Blinds and the subject of the order made by You. You, Your and the customer means the person ordering Goods from Lancashire Rose Blinds. Our ContractOur web-site invites You to buy Goods from Us. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once Lancashire Rose Blinds has received payment for the Goods in full from You. We shall notify You of acceptance of Your order by e-mail to the e-mail address given by You in the order form. PriceThe price for any Goods ordered by You will be the price shown on the order confirmation section of the Lancashire Rose Blidns web-site at the time You place Your order and will include all taxes applicable from time to time. We will debit the price, plus any delivery charge, from Your debit or credit card when We receive Your order or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. If more than one item is ordered We may deliver the Goods in instalments . Please be aware that Lancashire Rose blinds reserve the right to alter or change any prices without giving prior notice The product information and photographs contained within Our web-site are provided for illustrative purposes only and We cannot warrant that they are accurate. As the Goods which You order are manufactured according to the measurements You provide in Your order it is very important that Your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of the Goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect. Product Detail Whilst every attempt will be made by Lancashire Rose Blinds to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given or sent to You, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle You to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.The product information and photographs contained within Our web-site are provided for illustrative purposes only and We cannot warrant that they are accurate. If You are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the product or fabric You wish to order, You are advised to order a free sample of the product. Due to colour variations between product batches we cannot guarantee shade matching. Due to the print design of some pattern fabrics it is not guaranteed the fabric will reflect the full range of colours or pattern design Deliveries
All blinds spares are sent either by Royal Mail, collect + or via couriers. We endevaour to ensure delivery within 3- 5 working days, how ever we can not be rsponsible for delays by our carriers.
Delivery of blinds ordered will be attempted by our carriers to the delivery address specified at the time of order. Delivery Attempt 1: If the customer is not available to receive the blind, a card notifying the customer of attempted delivery will be posted through the customer's door and the item will be retained by the carrier. The customer will then be responsible for contacting our carrier to arrange re-delivery. If the customer does not contact our carrier within 5 days, the item will be returned to us and re-delivery will be at the expense of the customer. Delivery Attempt 2: If the customer does arrange re-delivery and this delivery attempt is not successful due to the customer not being available to receive delivery, a card notifying the customer of a 2nd attempted delivery will be posted through the customer's door and the item will be retained by the carrier. If the customer does not contact our carrier within 5 days, the item will be returned to us and re-delivery will be at the expense of the customer. Excess Delivery Attempts: If the customer contacts our carrier to arrange a 3rd attempt at delivery, this 3rd attempt at delivery will be at the expense of the customer. The carrier will contact usto inform us of this request and Lancashire Rose Blinds will contact the customer to process payment of this excess charge. |

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Returns Policy All blinds, vertical blinds replacement slats and headrails are exempt for our returns policy as these are made to measure products. We will only accept returns on these products if they are faulty or damamged during the delivery process. Vertical blinds spare parts may be returned with seven working days of original purchase. We will inspect the returned goods before making any refunds. Please be aware this process can take up to five working days. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage when retunring goods to us as we are not laible for goods lost in the post. If you believe that the goods may be faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and to verify that the goods are defective and those defects are attributable to the goods supplied as claimed by you. If it does not appear to us that the goods returned to us are faulty, incorrect, or were damaged on delivery to you, we shall return the goods to you and you shall be charged for the reasonable cost for collection and redelivery. If you do not accept redelivery of goods returned to you hereunder we reserve the right to charge you for any consequential storage cost incurred by us. If it appears to us that goods returned to us are indeed defective we shall, at our option:- 1. Repair the goods and return the repaired goods to you free of charge; or 2. deliver replacement goods of similar quality and specification free of charge; or 3. arrange a full refund of any payments by crediting your debit or credit card used to make the original payment. All options are only available on receipt and inspection of your returned goods. If you dispute our assessment of whether the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on deliver, the dispute shall be referred to an independent company in the blind industry whose word will be final. For the purpose of this policy, goods are not deemed to be "incorrect" by reason of error in any measurements provided by you. All returns must be in there original packaging. Cancellations:
You cannot change or cancel Your order if the Goods You have ordered are manufactured, measured or custom-made to Your requirements or specifications as these Goods will not be resaleable by Us. We regret that once Your order has been accepted by Us in relation to such Goods and entered on Our manufacturing process We are unable to accept any changes to these Goods or cancellation of Your order. If prior to delivery You do wish to change Your order or cancel it after We have accepted it, and it has not already been entered on Our manufacturing system, please contact Us as soon as possible by e-mail or on Our telephone order help-line we will try to assist You. Orders for blinds spares must be cancelled within 8 hours as these items ar normally sent within 24 hours. Our acceptance of cancellation of Your order if it has not already been put into production will be subject to retention by Us of a handling charge equal to 25% of the price paid for these custom-made Goods. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
